Just today I was getting on a bus and the driver told me my bus pass had expired.
Then he became a bit of a douche and told me to get off if I didn’t have any cash. This driver wouldn’t let it go, just once. Figures anyway.
But after I got off, I checked my phone and I discovered IT IS December! Where the hell did 2009 go? If the year flew by that fast, it probably wasn’t a very good year, or at the very least an uneventful, rather “blah” year.
Douchebag bus drivers aside, strange days indeed. We’re almost at 2010 and the start of another decade. This isn’t the type of blog where we post a retrospective of the decade or year, write a few nice words and try to sound all elder statesman-like. There’s other blogs out there that can do that. Instead, we’re going to just say, what the hell man?! Where did 2009 go and what a douche that bus driver was!
