after the much publicized leak of yet another new Facebook design, the designers over at there released a new version of Facebook late last night…
The first thing I think of is Diet Cola right away when I hear the title. However, the lite version is actually a lot like Diet Pepsi in my opinion…it’s good. There is no Facebook Chat, so that might be a thing of the past in the future, this might turn out to be not too bad.
Diet Cola has always gotten a bad rap in the last few years. With all those artificial sweeteners being scrutinized by the governments in the last few years. And then those diet drinks that just don’t taste the same as the original…Diet Coke I’m looking at you.
But as of late, things have been getting better in the last little while, I for one enjoy Coke Zero. Diet Pepsi has always been pretty good, that Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr. Pepper was also pretty good – shame it didn’t last long in Canada and we never got the non-diet version either. I recall a friend telling me that the Diet Vanilla Coke had more vanilla in it that the original. Kinda wished I’d tried it, currently working on having some exported from the States. Miss my Vanilla Coke too.
Anybody remember “C2″ and “Pepsi Edge”? Those drinks that were half and half? The C2 stuff was available up in Canada and tasted right but never really caught on…wait, I was talking about Facebook…
